But Astronomers and Scientists have discovered Several Primordial ‘Black Hole’ type objects ‘forming’ outside the Solar System in the Oort Cloud. The United Solar System of Planets and Colonies (USSPaC) reaches out to PIOSpace (Planetary Investigative Operations: Space) to help their Scientists, Military and Astrophysicists to figure out what’s going on with this Mysterious Galactic Phenomenon.
