Diversity and Inclusion

With this month (June) being Pride Month and Juneteeth today (19th) PIOSystems (and me, Kwaku) have implemented a Diversity Policy for the Company. It lists various policies that I follow, with many being in place ever since I started this site/company. Basically I don’t discriminate against any consumer, any business or anyone in general based on their Gender Identity, Race, Religious Beliefs, etc. Now that’s not to say any other Person or Company I may do business with or use my products or services will follow these policies, but PIOSystems don’t support or tolerate any hate speech, discrimination or inflammatory posts. We all have our views and beliefs, but personally I try not to let them have any influence on my business and those who I work or engage with on a professional level.
